Stay Requirements & Hostel Policy
- Our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival date. To cancel your reservation, you must do so at least hours prior to arrival date (via our web site, by email or fax only) without any charge. For later cancellations and ‘no shows’ we will charge one night on your credit card..
- WE REQUIRE A VALID PASSPORT FOR ALL GUESTS, INCLUDING US CITIZENS. PLEASE BRING YOURS, AS YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW IT UPON CHECK-IN. GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID PASSPORT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN.
